Justin is an experienced CFO and strategic leader with a strong track record in driving growth, transformation, and business performance across industrial and service organisations.
With qualifications including an MBA, FCPA, and GAICD, he has partnered with CEOs and boards to deliver outcomes such as business turnarounds, rapid revenue growth, and successful M&A.
Justin joined Vision Australia in May 2026 as CFO.
Prior to his time at Vision Australia, Justin served as CFO at Uniting Vic.Tas, a leading not-for-profit and service provider for people experiencing disadvantage across all stages of life, including homelessness, substance abuse and trauma.
Justin is passionate about improving outcomes and support for those who need it most, as demonstrated through his ongoing presence on the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation Finance Risk and Audit Committee.
