We welcome and value all feedback for Vision Australia. If you have a complaint, compliment or suggestion for improvement for Vision Australia please complete the form on this page. 

You may complete this form yourself online or, if you prefer, talk with a Vision Australia staff member on 1300 847 466 who can complete the form on your behalf.

All clients have the right to lodge a complaint with a third party rather than directly with Vision Australia. For the NDIS you can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguard Commission on 1800 035 544 or www.ndiscommission.gov.au, and for My Aged Care you can contact the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission on 1800 550 552 or https://www.agedcarecomplaints.gov.au.
