The Vision Store in Coorparoo, Queensland hosted a successful Product Expo on Friday, 15 August 2025. The event provided members of the blind and low vision community with a unique opportunity to experience the revolutionary Ray-Ban Meta AI Glasses.
The expo saw an amazing turnout of over 70 attendees from the local and regional communities. The Coorparoo Vision Store team of Ruby, Kayla and Conrad were joined by the Vision Store national product manager Sarah and special guest speaker Sephora from Ray-Ban. Also participating were many valued members of the Vision Australia services team, taking turns to speak and demonstrate the amazing benefits of using the smart AI device. The audience experienced first-hand how the glasses offer discreet assistance through voice commands, enhancing communication and daily independence.
The try-out sessions proved beneficial, with many attendees learning and addressing questions on how the AI glasses can be beneficial to their unique situations. This direct interaction played a key role in helping them decide on purchasing the AI glasses.
