Event description

The Vision Australia Library are proud to invite our library community to join us for an insightful panel discussion exploring the complexities of dyslexia.

The discussion will focus on the challenges and triumphs experienced by children and families living with dyslexia. We will also discuss the support and resources available through many organisations across the country.

This is a unique opportunity to hear from experts and those with lived experience. In addition to the panel discussion, there will be time dedicated to audience questions at the conclusion of the session.

The panel

The panel will feature, Sally Rippin (Laureate, author of Wild Things, and parent of a child with dyslexia), Sarah Bloedorn (Vision Australia Library) and a third guest with lived experience. The discussion will be facilitated by Maryanne Vagg, Service Manager, Warrnambool Library.
