They’re tired of our bureaucratic processes.
They want to know all about what we do and they want the whole community to know about us.
They want strong useful partnerships that will broaden client choice.
And they want Vision Australia to firmly focus on every individual who wants services from us.
These were the top issues identified by 500 people who participated in our consultation on Vision Australia’s new direction.
And now we’re going back to about 15 per cent of the people we listened to with a draft strategic plan. We’re going to ask them if we've got it right.
We will have a confirmed new direction by mid-November. We’ll keep you posted on progress as we get fitter for the future.
