The i-access online library service has moved to the 'My VA' website.
All your current titles are now found in your 'My Library' page once you login.
Please login using your current membership number or email address, and password.
For easy access to the library you can bookmark the 'My VA' login web page. To avoid confusion, we suggest you delete any previous bookmarked Library pages you might have saved.
i-access Downloader users:
If you use the Downloader software, this is now replaced with an updated version called i-access Kiosk. This is also useful if you have an Envoy Connect player.
The Downloader will update itself when you run it, or you can download and install it manually.
Phone & Tablet users:
There is an update to the VA Connect app. If it hasn't already updated itself automatically, instructions on how to do it manually are on our website.
If you want to download the app now, please select the following:
- iOS (Apple devices): Download the VA Connect app for iOS.
- Android: Download the VA Connect app for Android.
As part of the upgrade of the Library system, we were not able to retain your last reading position and books will start playing from the beginning. We apologise for the inconvenience.
