The i-access online library service has moved to a new "home" on the Vision Australia website called 'My VA'.
As part of this change, we may need to reset your library account. If you are having difficulty logging in with your current username and password, please contact us on 1300 654 656 or via email at email@example.com.
For easy access to the library you can bookmark the 'My VA' login web page. To avoid confusion, we suggest you delete any previous bookmarked Library pages you might have saved.
i-access Downloader & Envoy Connect users:
The Downloader software has been replaced with an updated version called i-access Kiosk.
The new Kiosk software is also very useful if you have an Envoy Connect player.
The Downloader will update itself when you run it, or you can download i-access Kiosk now.
Phone & Tablet users:
There is an update to the VA Connect app with many new features. If it hasn't already updated itself automatically, here are instructions on how to update VA Connect manually.
