Almost half a million Australians live with low vision, which we predict will increase by 25% by 2030.
The Pupil Project: See the world through their eyes
Featured
Vision Australia is excited to officially release ‘The Pupil Project’, a new video series that shows the world through the eyes of someone living with low vision.
We can offer you the support and education you need to feel included, but Australia needs to be encouraged to take the right steps towards understanding low vision and making Australia a more inclusive place.
But it’s hard to be inclusive if you don’t know how. In 2023, we learned that 72% of sighted Australians are open to learning more about being more inclusive*, but many don’t know what they can do.
It’s time for Australians to educate themselves, so we can get closer to a world where we all belong.
