Wes from Waubra [32 kms from Ballarat] has been volunteering at Vision Australia's Ballarat office since 2011.

Wes assists in the Day Program by pouring the slip into moulds to produce ceramic items for clients to use their artistic flair to finish.

After primary school teaching for over thirty years and managing retirement villages, Wes retired and decided it was time to get a life.
