To support co-ordinator of volunteers with administrative tasks related to management of volunteer team. A role that provides an interesting variety of administrative responsibilities across a range of tasks.
Skills and attributes:
Awareness of the need for confidentiality. Administrative skills, medium to high level computer skills, willingness to take on unfamiliar tasks/learn new skills, ability to work as part of a team and also independently as required. Positive, cheerful manner.
Volunteer training and “on the job” training in tasks as required.
This position could easily accommodate up to 15 hours per week, or less, dependent on volunteer’s availability. A willingness to make an ongoing commitment but day/time/hours are flexible depending on volunteer.
