9. Consumer Advisory Body

9.1 Establishment of consumer advisory body

A Consumer Advisory Body shall be established in accordance with a charter to be developed in conjunction with and approved by the Board which may be amended from time to time with the approval of the Board.

9.2 Board to consider recommendations

The Board shall receive and consider any recommendations and advice given by the Consumer Advisory Body to the Board but in performing its obligations and exercising its powers the Board shall not be bound by any such recommendations or advice.

9.3 Meetings of consumer advisory body

At a meeting following each Annual General Meeting of the Company, the Chairperson shall consult with the consumer advisory body prior to their nominating two Board members to join the consumer advisory body and represent the views of the consumer advisory body to the Board.
