Strategic Plan
Updated Strategic Plan 2007-09
The Strategic Plan now includes the initiatives identified during the review. The Strategic Plan adds outcomes to be achieved to the Strategic Directions report. It also shows each General Manager's key responsibilities.
The Strategic Plan is available online to enable all staff to read and understand the directions it contains.
In addition, a high-level Strategy Map (Text, 39KB) shows our main objectives from four perspectives:
- Client perspective
- People's learning and growth perspective
- Business processes perspective
- Resources perspective.
