Our enjoyment of wine utilises many senses, but how can you tell which wine you are opening if you can’t read the label on the bottle?
It is the vision of Sandalyn Wilderness Estate of the Hunter Valley NSW, to make the choice of beautiful boutique wines accessible to people who are blind or vision impaired.
In partnership with Vision Australia, Sandalyn Wilderness Estate is producing wine with a Braille and large print label alongside their standard labels.
This family owned and operated boutique vineyard is situated in a garden setting surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. The cool, inviting cellar door overlooks the Lower Hunter valley with a back-drop of the Watagan, Brokenback and Molly Morgan ranges.
Currently, there are four varieties of wine available with Braille and large print labels - Merlot, Shiraz, Chardonnay and Semillon Verdelho.
By buying one of these fabulous wines you will also be be supporting Vision Australia.
For each bottle, case or mixed case of wine purchased, Sandalyn Wilderness Estate will donate 20% of the purchase price back to Vision Australia as in-kind support.

To ensure you receive braille/large print labels and that your support assists Vision Australia, please remember to mention Vision Australia when ordering!
Your wine order will be delivered to your door for a small freight charge.
