Rehearsal Night
Rehearsal Night is a great way of experiencing much of the fun and splendour of Vision Australia’s Carols by Candlelight® at a significantly reduced rate.
Hi 5 entertain their young fans every year.
As with all great shows, much rehearsal is required before the big night.
Rehearsal Night at the Sidney Myer Music Bowl on December 23 is a great way of experiencing much of the fun and excitement of the big night - and at a much reduced rate.
It's a great opportunity to see how the event comes together and get a sneak peek of the show. The night is held primarily for performers to rehearse and for broadcast partners and organisers to test the event.
When
Rehearsal night is held on 23 December each year. Gates open at 4pm and queues usually start from early afternoon. Performances will start from 4pm onwards.
Where
Rehearsal Night for Vision Australia's Carols by Candlelight® is held in the Sidney Myer Music Bowl which is located in the gardens of King's Domain Park. It is close to Linlithgow Avenue in the City of Melbourne. Check Melways reference 2F K8.
Tickets
Event-goers can enter by making a $5 contribution at the gate when they arrive.
There is no reserved seating and tickets can only be bought at the gate on the night.
Vision Australia recommends that you arrive a few hours prior to gate opening time to secure your entry. Each year there are more and more people attending the rehearsal - last year, 7500 people enjoyed the night.
