iOS apps refer to iPhone, iPod touch and iPad
Apple instructional podcasts
Just a note concerning the iOS and Mac demonstrations. All the demonstrations build upon each other. Consequently, if you start at the 3gs and iPod touch 3rd generation or the Mac 10.6 (Snow Leopard) and then move through the operating system upgrades (iOS 4, iOS 5 etc or Mac OS 10.7 (Lion etc). In other words, if you want the basics of using gestures on your iPhone, first go in to the iPhone 3gs or iPod touch 3rd generation link, and if you want the basics of how to use the Mac, first go in to the Mac OS 10.6 (Snow Leopard link).
